Nylon Recycling Machine is an industrial extruder system designed to convert waste nylon plastic (like fishing nets, carpet fibers, or industrial scraps) into reusable plastic pellets.
The "150mm" refers to the diameter of the machine's central screw, which is a key indicator of its high throughput and production capacity.
Key Components & Process:
1. Shredding: Nylon waste is first fed into a shredder to create small, uniform flakes.
2. Feeding & Melting: The flakes are fed into the extruder barrel, where the massive 150mm rotating screw conveys, compresses, and melts them using controlled heat and friction.
3. Filtration: The molten nylon is forced through a screen changer to filter out impurities like dirt, metal, or unmelted particles.
4. Pelletizing: The clean, molten plastic is extruded through a die, cooled in a water bath, and cut into uniform pellets by a pelletizer.
